A structured program to get AI running inside your business in 4 weeks.
Small cohorts. Hands-on guidance. No technical background required. You build real systems for your actual operations, keep everything when it's done, and maintain it in 1-2 hours a week.
What's Included
Six things your team
walks away with.
A custom audit of where you're bleeding time
Before anything else, we learn how your business actually runs. We get on a call, walk through your workflows together, and figure out exactly which ones are worth automating and which ones aren't. You leave Week 1 with a hit list, not a theory.
Training your team can actually finish
The same modules I've used inside a nine-figure company and across 20+ businesses. How AI works, how to build with Claude Code, how to deploy agents. Structured so someone without a CS degree can follow it and ship real things by week 3.
One person on your team becomes your AI builder
This is the real ROI. We pick someone who already knows your business and I teach them to build and maintain AI systems inside it. When the 4 weeks end, that capability stays. It doesn't leave with me.
Weekly working sessions where things actually get built
No slides. No theory dumps. Every week we get on a call and work through what you're building. I troubleshoot in real time, you hear how other founders in the cohort are solving similar problems, and you leave each call with clear next steps.
Direct access when something breaks on a Tuesday
Private channel. You post a question, I respond within 24 hours on business days. Most people use this more than the calls. When your automation breaks and your next session isn't for two days, you don't have to sit there guessing.
A reference doc built around YOUR business, not a template
At the end of the program, I map out everything your team built: how the systems connect, how to maintain them, what to build next. It's specific to your operation. You keep it permanently.
The Timeline
From "we should use AI" to "it's running."
Audit: You leave with a hit list
Prioritized automation hit listYou map your workflows using the frameworks I give you, and together we find the ones bleeding the most time. By Friday your designated builder knows exactly what they're learning and why. No ambiguity, no wasted motion.
Training: Your team gets dangerous
Your builder can use Claude CodeYour team works through the core training. How AI actually works, how to build with Claude Code, how to tell the difference between a workflow worth automating and one that's not. On our call we work through your stack decisions before bad ones compound.
Building: First systems go live
First workflow running in productionBuilding starts and things start running. Your team takes the frameworks and applies them to your actual business workflows. Claude Code automations, n8n pipelines, whatever fits. I'm in the channel when things break.
Handoff: Your team owns it. I walk away.
Playbook + independent teamWe review everything and make sure your builder feels confident running the systems alone. I hand off your reference doc. You leave with working automations, a trained team member, and a clear roadmap for what to build next. Without me.
The Investment
A Single Engagement.
Most businesses spending on AI right now are paying $8,000 to $15,000 per month for a fractional AI hire or consultant, and building a dependency they can't walk away from. This program costs a fraction of one month of that, and the entire point is that your team owns the capability when it's done.
- 1:1 business mapping session to identify your highest-value automation opportunities
- Complete AI Staff Room training library for your team (permanent access)
- Guided development of an internal AI capability owner on your team
- 4 weekly working sessions with a maximum of 5 businesses per cohort
- Priority support channel with same-day response between sessions
- Custom playbook documenting every system, workflow, and next step, specific to your business
Begins with a brief strategy conversation to confirm alignment. Five businesses per cohort. We're selective because the format requires it.
If You Do the Work and It Doesn't Deliver, You Pay Nothing.
Attend every session, complete the work between calls, and finish the full four weeks. If you genuinely believe the program didn't deliver meaningful value to your business, I will return your full investment. No negotiation. No forms. One email is all it takes.
The only requirement is full participation. Roughly 3-4 hours a week. If you can make that commitment, the risk is entirely on my side.
Is This Right For You?
This program works for specific companies.
You should apply if:
- Your business does $10K+/month in revenue and AI feels like something you should have figured out by now
- You (or someone on your team) could own AI — even with zero technical background
- You're done with experiments and demos. You want working systems that your team actually uses
- You can commit 3-4 hours a week for 4 weeks to build something real
You shouldn't apply if:
- You want someone to build it all for you (we can recommend agencies for that)
- You're pre-revenue or under $10K/month (start with our community instead)
- You're looking for a course to watch passively. This is a working program
Not Ready for the Program?
Start with the community.
The AI Staffroom community on Skool gives you foundation training, weekly updates, and a peer group of business operators figuring this out together. It's the best place to start if you're still exploring.
